Pre-order policy

How pre-orders work

Pre-orders for the WYRO first drop are open. Pre-ordering is free: you choose your jacket and size and leave your name and email address. No payment is taken and no card details are collected.

When it arrives

We expect the first drop in stock within 4 weeks. As soon as it arrives, we email everyone on the pre-order list. You can then buy your size on this site at the price shown on the product page.

No obligation

A pre-order doesn't oblige you to buy, and there is nothing to cancel. If you change your mind, simply don't complete the purchase. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in every email.

Your details

We use your name and email only to tell you when your jacket is in stock and to send the WYRO updates you agreed to. See our privacy policy for details.

When you buy

Shipping costs, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Returns and refunds for purchases are covered by our refund policy.
